Caroline Lynch: Congress and Cybersecurity: A Forecast of Legislation Congress Will or Will not Move
Caroline Lynch has 15 years of Capitol Hill including House Judiciary Committee experience. Since 2008, she served as the Chief Counsel on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations responsible for advising on legislation and policy initiatives dealing with federal criminal law, criminal procedure, drug enforcement, foreign intelligence, counterterrorism and national security. Caroline oversaw legislation to address federal sentencing, federal prisons and re-entry entry services, over-criminalization, forensics, civil asset forfeiture, policing and juvenile justice. She has guest-lectured at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law Washington D.C. Program, the Texas A & M University School of Law, and the Antonin Scalia Law School and is a graduate of our very own Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and has practiced in Arizona District Court.

Schaaf is a Cyber Agent assigned to the FBI Phoenix Division and has worked Cyber, Civil Rights, Fraud, Extortion, Intellectual Property and Innocent Images cases and has the unique distinction of having the first Spam Case, involving an international spam operation in four countries, go to trial.

Brett co-founded Cyber Warfare Range in 2012 - a center of innovation and technology that explores technology methodologies, and system designs. Brett in addition to being an enterprise architect, public speaker, cyber warfare trainer, is the Director of Security Solutions at TechData / Avnet Technology Solutions – where he recruits and develops new security partners, interface with and coaches existing Avnet partners in matters of cyber security and the Recon - a cloud-based managed security offering.
