GAZeL Corporate Sponsorship Opportunity

Invest in GAZeL and the Innovative Learning Collaborative

Innovative Learning will transform teaching and learning and enable a new
generation of education and workforce development solutions in Arizona

Picture
I am Dr. William Bercu Ph.D. Chair of the Greater Arizona eLearning Association. On behalf of the Board of Directors I invite you to sign-on as a Corporate Sponsor and make an annual $500 or $1000 investment in the development of the Greater Arizona eLearning Association   We are at an exciting time in our history as we reinvent GAZeL.  We are looking for seed funding to  that will help support our initiatives to lead the development of Arizona’s Innovative Learning Collaborative that we launched in 2015. While $1,000 or $500 sponsorship will be greatly appreciated, we ask that you consider a $2000 - $10,000 investment  to help implement the Collaborative.

Your investment will support GAZeL’s initiatives to lead the
development of Arizona’s Innovative Learning Collaborative.

A Great Business Opportunity

In return for your support you will get high level exposure to consumers and other providers of eLearning technologies and services. You will get your company name in front of thousands of potential customers in business, government and education
  • For  your $500 annual sponsorship your logo, with a link to your web site, will be  prominently displayed on the GAZeL web site and we will acknowledge your support at all GAZeL events
  • For your $1000 annual sponsorship you will receive the same benefits, plus, for the year we will acknowledge your support at all GAZeL events and include your logo in all GAZeL email newsletters and event announcements distributed to over 3500 people

We Are Reinventing GAZeL!

Whether you are new to GAZeL, or reconnecting with us, we want to update you on our new mission and initiatives to create an Innovative Learning Collaborative.  Here is a quick recap of what is already underway with GAZeL. We are:
  • Reinventing and rebranding GAZeL as an Innovative Learning Collaborative
  • Bringing on new Board members with fresh ideas for the organization
  • Recruiting Corporate Sponsors, strategic partners, new board members and volunteers to help support our initiatives
  • Implementing an exciting action strategy for Arizona

Here is What Your Investment Will Support

On September 28, 2015 GAZeL, in cooperation with other business, education and community organizations, convened the Forum on Innovative Learning 2015 and Beyond: Challenges, Opportunities, Technologies and Strategies. The Forum launched the Arizona Innovative Learning Collaborative. In February 2016 the Board officially adopted a Roadmap for GAZeL’s future with a new focus on Innovative Learning, and development of the Collaborative. The Collaborative reflects a broader vision for GAZeL . While GAZeL will remain committed to eLearning, eLearning is only the beginning! Innovative Learning is so much more.  The focus is on outcomes, impact, benefits, and opportunities for Arizona. Your investment will support GAZeL’s initiatives to lead the development of Arizona’s Innovative Learning Collaborative.

Unlike many organizations that focus on a particular sector, the Collaborative will connect providers and consumers of innovative learning , including public and private colleges and universities, community colleges, K-12 education, and business, government, and nonprofit organizations.

Collaborative Goals - Innovation, Technology, Collaboration

The Collaborative will engage the Arizona community, including educators, policy makers and community leaders, in developing  Communities Of Interest to:
  • Create a Culture of Education Innovation that will promote and support adoption of innovative ideas and new technologies that will enable Arizona to create next generation education and workforce development solutions for our state and our communities.
  • Provide opportunities for education innovators to collaborate and network, share ideas and resources, exchange best practices, pursue joint funding opportunities, develop mutual professional development strategies, pursue and share research opportunities, and engage in other cooperative initiatives that will support adoption of new and innovative strategies and technologies

Innovation and technology must be infused in all Arizona discussions about education reform.

Priorities 2016-17

The Collaborative we will focus on innovative ideas, new technologies and collaboration. We are committed to producing outcomes that will have impact, benefits, and opportunities for Arizona.

The Collaborative will be creating Teams/Communities of Interest to network, share ideas and resources, exchange best practices, pursue joint funding opportunities, develop mutual professional development strategies, pursue and share research opportunities and cooperate in other initiatives that will support adoption of innovative strategies and technologies. Initially the Teams/Communities of Interest will include:
  • Gamified Virtual Laboratory Simulations
  • Games In Education and The Workplace
  • Collaborative Professional Development
  • Innovative Learning Conference - Creating a Culture of Education Innovation
  • Open Education Resources Network
  • Maker Spaces Network
  • Statewide Innovative Learning Plan
  • Partnership with Pima Community College STEM Innovation Challenge
Communities Of Interest activities may include
  • Conferences, Forums, Workshops, Webinars
  • Networking events
